Cheeseburger Eggrolls

Introduction
Why do some snacks instantly disappear at parties while others barely get touched?
It usually comes down to one thing: familiar flavors in a fun, crispy form.
These Cheeseburger Eggrolls take everything you love about a classic cheeseburger—seasoned beef, melted cheese, pickles, and a hint of ketchup and mustard—and wrap it inside a crispy golden eggroll shell. The result is crunchy on the outside, juicy and cheesy on the inside.
They’re quick, fun, and perfect for game nights, parties, or snack cravings.

Timing
- Preparation time: 20 minutes
- Cooking time: 10–12 minutes
- Total time: about 30–35 minutes
This makes Cheeseburger Eggrolls much faster than traditional burgers or fried snacks.
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the beef
In a pan, cook ground beef with onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
Tip: Removing excess grease prevents soggy eggrolls.
Step 2: Season the filling
Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Mix well.
Tip: Let mixture cool before wrapping to avoid tearing wrappers.
Step 3: Add cheese
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and let it slightly melt into the mixture.
Step 4: Assemble eggrolls
Place wrapper in a diamond shape. Add filling in the center. Fold sides and roll tightly. Seal edges with beaten egg.
Tip: Roll tightly to prevent oil from entering while frying.
Step 5: Heat oil
Heat oil to 175–180°C (350°F).
Tip: Medium heat ensures crispy outside without burning.
Step 6: Fry
Fry eggrolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3–4 minutes per side.
Step 7: Drain and serve
Place on paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot.
