Introduction
These Instant Pot Swedish Meatballs are tender, juicy meatballs simmered in a rich, creamy gravy.
Inspired by classic Nordic comfort food, this version uses the pressure cooker to speed things up while keeping the sauce silky and flavorful.
Ingredients
Meatballs:
- 500g ground beef (or mix beef + pork)
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion (finely grated or minced)
- 1 tsp salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Mix meatballs
Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper, allspice, and nutmeg. Form small meatballs.
